The Atrium at Delk, a picturesque 55,000 square foot office building shown in the photo below, featuring a 4000 square foot atrium with 20 foot tall lush tropical trees, a fountain, tables and benches. The building has office suites ranging in sizes from one and two room office suites up to suites as large as 6000 sq. ft. We have over 140 individual office suites in the building including one, two, three, four five room suites and larger, which allows for flexibility for tenants.
