Proper Zoning for Auto Brokers
When you apply for the state auto brokers license, you must get zoning approval from the local jurisdiction for the building where you are setting up your office. Most office buildings are not zoned properly for auto brokers, as they usually have a severely limited zoning of O&I. Our office building on Delk Road has the zoning of general commercial, meaning that auto brokers will have their zoning paperwork approved.

Location 1: The offices are located at the Atrium at Delk, 2759 Delk Road Mareitta, GA 30067. From I-285, take I-75 north about a mile and a half, and take exit 261, which is Delk Road. Bear to the right (east) and go about one mile on Delk Road. On the left side you will see a Firestone Tire Repair shop and Brunswick Zone, a bowling alley. The next building will be a large brown office building with large columns on the front and sides a little hidden behind some trees. This is the building!
Location 2: We also have a second location with the correct zoning. This building is located in Gwinnett County near the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Road and Spalding drive at 4005 Wetherburn Way, Norcross, GA 30092. Offices vary in price from $225 to $295 for one room offices. Includes free WiFi, common waiting area, kitchenette, and restroom. For photos, click on photos to the left and click on Norcross.
Because these offices are actually located within a 52,000 square foot office building, larger office suites area also available. Large one room suites are often available, and one, two, or three room suites can also be leased out. The intent of the smaller suites is simply to make it more affordable for auto brokers to have offices to comply with state regulations.
